Edness K. Wilkins State Park is a state-owned, public recreation area on the North Platte River east of the city of Casper in Natrona County, Wyoming.〔 The state park's , a former rock quarry, were purchased in 1981 for $380,000 and named after Edness Kimball Wilkins (1896-1980), an area resident and 25-year Wyoming legislator.
